If you’ve always loved our dolls but haven’t had the time or skill to make your own, we’re going back to where the doll story began and offering a limited collection of readymade dolls.  ak readymade felt dolls are sewn by hand with care and attention to detail and individually dressed making each doll unique.  Created using beautiful 100% wool felt and quality cotton fabrics, our dolls are designed to be played with and changed and slept with just like traditional rag dolls have always been.  Measuring approximately 26cm high, each ak doll even come with ak’s felt doll book of patterns to inspire the maker in you in case you wish to add to her wardrobe.  The ideal creative gift for an older child who wants to learn to sew or knit because the hard part is all done, the doll is finished and just waiting for a set of new clothes.

The dolls in this collection wear our popular ‘Ruby’ dress which combines a wool felt bodice with an iconic Kaffe Fassett printed cotton skirt.  The bodice features a detailed decorative brooch which is picks up on the pattern of the skirt fabric as does the embellished felt bag.  To complete the outfit, she wears ak’s signature pull-on wool felt boots.
