Talant, the central Asian camel

Talant enjoys a well earned place as one of ak’s most popular and requested character. Designed to be hand knitted in ak’s own 100% pure Merino DK knitting wool, Talant can be worked in any quality DK / 8ply wool. Like all Central Asian camels of old, Talant is dressed in felt and fabric trappings and carries trade goods and textiles on his back.  But no two camels are alike and this pattern invites you to create your own trappings for Talant and add a personalised load of favourite textile and trinkets from your stash.
